Play pranks on your neighbors to keep them from making your life a living hell.
If you enjoy games with a cartoon quality and that are full of humor, then this is a game that you'll enjoy. Your neighbors in the game do everything possible to irritate you at all times of the day. The pranks that you can pull on your neighbors are all in fun, but the goal of the game is to get them to back off so that you can have some privacy while you're outside or while you're trying to enjoy time with your family. Your neighbors do everything from watering their lawns while you're outside at the same time but tend to spray water over on your lawn or complete repairs on the home while you want peace and quiet.
You are given a variety of objects to use to pull your pranks. The objects can be placed in certain locations so that they can be found by your neighbors or used with other items for a bigger prank. As you make combinations that are successful and irritate your neighbors, you're given access to more materials. The pranks shouldn't harm your neighbors. They are done to get a laugh on your end, and once your neighbors decide to prank you back, then you can get a good laugh in as well. The game goes back and forth in this fashion until you stop playing or until one neighbor has been declared the master prankster. Colors in the game are rich, and the details are fun to look at while you're playing. There aren't a lot of modern details, but the actions are hilarious to watch. The sound effects remind you of a cartoon that you might watch on a Saturday morning.

Neighbours From Hell is a strategy one player game for PC.
Neighbours From Hell is a strategy game for PC which was released by JoWooD Productions Software AG on 20 June 2003. Originating in Austria, the game features Woody, an average person, who suddenly finds life very difficult thanks to his neighbour Mr. Rottweiler. One-day, Woody snaps, and it's time for revenge! Players get to jump into the game as Woody. Inside the game, the player becomes a reality TV star on their own show, and cameras can be seen watching every move.
Available revenge includes putting items for the neighbour to trip over on the floor (banana peels or soap), vandalism, sawing the chair, and more. The greater disarray, the more TV show ratings and so the more awards attainable to players. The neighbour and his watch dog along with a parrot named Chilli are the AI opponents. Players must use all nearby items in each level. After training, each level contains between four and five zones.
JoWood Productions is no longer in business. Additionally, known as JoWood Entertainment, the company was found in 1995 by a man named Andreas Tobler. By 2011, the company had all assets purchased by a company called Narodic Games GmbH after going into administration. Under JoWood Entertainment, Nordic Games has a publishing label.
Games created by JoWood included Beam Breakers, The Sting!, Sam & Max, AquaNox, Spellforce, Giant, WW III, and Gothic. More recently, April 2013, Nordic Games obtained properties from the bankruptcy liquidation of THQ. Nordic is considering third-party sequels to the existing games. By 2014, Touchit Studio became involved as a partner with JoWood and is in the process of re-writing game rights to Neighbours From Hell.
Interestingly, the game graphics are done in anime, which makes for cartoon characters which fit the theme. Players will also find unique sound effects and music. Neighbours from Hell is rated T for Teen and is a one-player game. Avid game players can get through all levels in two or three hours of playing time (there are 14). Though talk of a sequel from Touchit Studio can still be found online, the website for Nordic in English appears to have expired, so this game could vanish eventually. If you like it, save a copy for the future.

Prank the neighbors so that their lives are unpleasant when you play Neighbours From Hell.
This is a rather fun game that has a lot of adventure. It's a way to get out some of your frustrations that you might have with your own neighbors, family, or friends. There are several pranks to choose from that you can pull on your neighbors. They are trying to make your life hell, so why not make it miserable for them in the process? Some of the pranks are funny, while some have the possibility of becoming dangerous if not monitored.
In order to complete the prank, you have a selection of objects at your disposal. You can use one object at a time or several together in order to pull off the best prank that you can think of, but your goal is to not get caught in the act.
When you're coming up with the prank, you need to make sure it's one that is memorable as you might not get another chance later in the game. There are several levels in the game, each with challenges that need to be completed so that you can advance. You can also learn tricks in some of the levels that give you ideas on better pranks to play.
Some of the popular pranks to pull involve making a lot of noise to distract your neighbors. When the game begins, you have access to the kitchen and hallway of the neighbor's home. As you earn more points and advance, more rooms become available, making it easier to come up with more pranks that are harder for the neighbors to discover.
